- Verantwortung für das Controlling des Fachbereichs Gebrauchtfahrzeuge
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung der monatlichen Management- und Reportingunterlagen
- Unterstützung und Beratung des Fachbereichs in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Erstellung monatlicher Forecasts in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Koordination und Erstellung des jährlichen Budgetprozesses
- Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der monatlichen Liquiditätsplanung
- Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Controlling-Prozessen
- Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie der Einführung neuer Reporting- und Planungslösungen
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Berichte, Dashboards und Auswertungen

- Leading, developing, and mentoring the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices
- Acting as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions through financial insights and recommendations
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for management and Corporate Office
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Managing and optimizing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Taking ownership of financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and driving continuous improvements
- Monitoring and analysing operational KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing measures to enhance financial performance
- Collaborating closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Reservations to support overall business success
- Acting as a key contact for audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
