Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:
- Betreuung unserer medizintechnischen Systeme vor Ort bei Kunden
- Selbstständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen bei Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung
- Eigenständige Tourenplanung in deinem gesamten Gebiet sowie Unterhaltung der notwendigen Montage- und Ersatzteile
- Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und eigenständige Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Aufrechterhaltung eines intensiven Kundenkontaktes und Verkauf von Zubehör bzw. Zusatzleistungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und interne Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, technischen Support und Innendienst

- Involvement in the department administration as well as in teaching and research administration
- Participation in publications / academic articles and research studies / presentations / research projects
- Independent teaching of courses as defined by the collective agreement
- Supervision of students
- Involvement in the organisation of meetings, conferences, symposiums
- We expect the successful candidate to sign a doctoral thesis agreement within 12-18 months
