Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Wir bieten Ihnen eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt von 3.000,00 Euro brutto pro Monat für Berufseinsteiger bei Vollzeitanstellung.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung aller Corporate Channels (digital und analog)
- Steuerung channelübergreifender Themen in enger Abstimmung mit Zielgruppen-/ Themenkoordination
- Koordination und Steuerung digitaler Krisenkommunikation (mit Schwerpunkt Social Media & Websites)
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von multimedialen Inhalten und Formaten mit Fokus auf Storytelling für verschiedene Channels (insbes. Social Media (Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, LinkedIn etc.)
- Organisation und Koordination des Community Monitoring sowie aktueller Themen und Trends
- Kommunikationscontrolling, Systematische Analyse und Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen
- Fachliche und personelle Teamleitung der Corporate Channels inklusive Budgetverantwortung
