Your Tasks
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC):After your training period, you will take turns with your colleagues to act as the central point of contact (SPOC) for all incoming support requests to ensure efficient coordination and quick problem resolution.
- 1st and 2nd level support:Supporting our employees with IT issues by phone, email, remote desktop, and on-site if necessary.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting:Independently processing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Documentation:Maintaining support tickets and creating solution documentation.
- Installation and configuration:Assisting with the setup and support of IT systems. Carrying out relocations of IT equipment.
- Forwardingcomplex inquiries to 3rd-level support or external partners.
- Commissioning and maintenanceof various client systems (including PCs, notebooks, telephones, and smartphones).
- Creating and updatingoperating system and user manuals.
- Actively initiating improvement measuresin the organizational areas and supporting their implementation.

- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Fragen rund um den digitalen Arbeitsplatz und unterstützt bei Bedarf unseren 1st-Level-Support mit Schulungen.
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen und Anleitungen für Anwenderinnen und Anwender sowie für die IT.
- Ebenfalls bist du Ansprechperson rund um die Microsoft 365 Tools im 2nd Level und Schnittstelle zum 3rd Level bei Fragen rund um den Digital Workplace.
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Benutzerinnen und Benutzern, den internen IT-Spezialistinnen und IT-Spezialisten und dem externen Beratungshaus.
- Dein Gehalt liegt - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation - deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag.

- State-recognized bachelor degree in Health and Nursing Care (EU/EEA or third countries)
or - diploma in healthcare and nursing or equivalent vocational training (only EU/EEA)
or - a third-country diploma in healthcare and nursing, that is already recognized in an EU member state or EEA, along with proof of at least three years of relevant professional experience there
- Certified German language proficiency at B1 level is absolutely required (e.g., Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD). This allows for temporary employment as a nursing (specialist) assistant until the B2 level is achieved
