Team Lead Sales Development CEE Czech Speaker (m/f/d)



Your responsibility:
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the sales consultants
  • Actively conduct cold/warm calls to potential prospects in the Czech Republic
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a small team of Acquisition Specialists for the CEE region
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Report activities conducted by the team members
  • Discover the need for training and provide coaching
Your profile:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales development or acquisition
  • Full professional proficiency in Czech and English
  • Prior work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and ambitious personality with a winning attitude
  • Excellent software knowledge
In addition to a varied and challenging area of responsibility within an agile and dynamic team, our client offers an attractive remuneration package with a performance-based bonus (OTE € 60,000.- gross/year).
