Lead Data Analyst (f/m/x) Full-time l Vienna l Austria



Your role:

  • Define data quality measures, continuously monitor data quality and propose remediation actions
  • Propose and execute event-based campaigns and A/B testing of digital touchpoints
  • Define a data analytics strategy that is compliant with regulation and act as an expert on legislation related to the collection of customer data
  • Deploy comprehensive advanced in App analytics and landing page/s Web Analytics to assess all customer digital touch points

Your profile:

  • Several years of practical experience in advanced data analytics
  • Experience building and operating CRM and data analytics infrastructures
  • Command of tools and technologies, including App and Web analytics
  • Know-how in running event-based customer interactions and A/B testing
  • Nice to have: Experience in retail banking, Digital Marketing as well as knowledge of customer data protection regulations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
